Project Description:

This studio project was developed over the course of a full academic year, beginning with extensive research and thesis development. Each student selected an existing building within the Baton Rouge area and reimagined it for a new purpose, supported by a carefully researched thesis and design concept.

Throughout the project, we worked through each phase of the design process, including pre-schematic planning, schematic design, design development, and final renderings. Every stage focused on refining the concept, strengthening functionality, and creating a cohesive final design.

This project was both intensive and highly rewarding. The countless hours dedicated to research, conceptual development, space planning, and presentation ultimately made the entire experience worthwhile and deeply fulfilling.
