Project Description:

This studio project marked my first experience using rendering software. The assignment challenged us to reimagine an existing fire station in Baton Rouge as a K–4 elementary school, requiring both technical growth and creative problem-solving.

As the dynamics of learning and human interaction continue to evolve, the environments that support them must evolve as well. Knowles Elementary School was designed to thoughtfully address the contemporary needs of both students and educators. Grounded in principles of collaboration, communication, intuitive wayfinding, vibrant aesthetics, and immersive play-based learning, every design decision reflects the values and energy of modern education.
